David leads the Experience Team, ensuring that members have seamless interactions with Solarity no matter how they interact with us – whether they are visiting a branch or applying for an account online. When he first got into the industry, he started on the teller line, and that experience continues to shape his perspective on what makes an ideal member experience. David received his MBA from Western Governor’s University and holds certifications in marketing as a Certified Financial Marketing Professional (CFMP) as well as CX Leadership and Journey Mapping.
