Meet Mina Worthington

Get to know Solarity’s President & CEO

Mina Worthington was named CEO of Yakima Valley Credit Union in 2008 and oversaw the merger with Catholic Credit Union in 2011, which formed Solarity Credit Union.  Mina has led Solarity through many change initiatives, various economic cycles and the disruption of traditional banking via technology.

During her career, Mina has worked in multiple capacities in the financial services industry, including accounting and finance, lending, IT and operations.

Mina is deeply invested in creating a great experience for our members through Solarity’s unique approach to member centricity. Creating an amazing culture is always top of mind for Mina. She desires to inspire the Solarian Team to live out our core values of passion, impact, and courage each day.
