Ralph has been a leader at Solarity for more than a decade. In addition to Chief Credit Officer, he has also served as our Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Innovation Officer, Chief Experience Officer and Chief Lending Officer. Ralph is passionate about leading his teams to create and implement efficient, innovative products and processes that provide the most value to our members. As Chief Credit Officer, Ralph is tasked with ensuring our lending practices are sound, compliant and aligned with the members’ best interests.
